INTRODUCTION TO SPIRITUAL FORMATION

This 6-session online course is designed for participants to learn what Spiritual Formation is and become familiar with how the Holy Spirit grows us. Participants will view teaching videos by Dr John Coe (Talbot School of Theology), work through experiential prayer projects & attend monthly individual spiritual direction sessions to engage with the Spirit and their heart on a deeper level.
