CONTEMPLATIVE & FORMATION RETREATS are designed for who desire to experience or be exposed to the contemplative tradition of prayer.
These retreats integrate extended periods of silence, solitude and scriptural meditation. Retreatants will follow the guidance and direction of a Retreat Director.
Different amounts of teaching and input will be provided depending on the type of retreat.
Knowing God Knowing Self
This is an introduction to the Contemplative Prayer Retreat, designed especially for those who are beginners and new to the spiritual rhythm of retreat and prayer You will be guided gently (with teaching & reflection) into the experience of listening to Him in the silence of the weekend.

Lent Retreat
This is a 5D2N retreat for those who desire to spend an extended weekend in quietness to meditate on scriptures during the season of lent. Meditations will revolve around the themes of the passion of Christ and His journey towards the Cross. Retreatants will be guided by a Retreat Director
